3. User Accounts and Right to Refuse Service

Abusive Conduct & Bans: We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. This explicitly includes our right to ban customers who engage in serial or excessive returns, chargeback abuse, fraudulent behavior, or who harass, threaten, or use abusive language toward our customer support team.

4. Products, Pricing, and Right to Cancel Errors

Beauty Guarantee manages a large catalog containing thousands of SKUs. Because our pricing and inventory are managed through automated feeds and syncing software (such as SellerCloud), technical or human errors can occasionally occur.

• Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price (for example, a $180 serum listed for $18 due to a feed error), we reserve the explicit right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. We are not legally bound to fulfill orders containing pricing errors, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged.

• If your credit card has already been charged for a canceled order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Health, Allergy, and Medical Disclaimer

Because our products are applied to the body, your use of our products is subject to the following disclaimers:

• Allergies and Sensitivities: It is your responsibility to read ingredient lists to ensure you do not have any allergies or sensitivities. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new product.

• Not Medical Advice: Our products are cosmetic in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

• Individual Results: Individual results from using our products will vary depending on skin type, age, health history, and usage.

6. Payment, Billing, and Chargeback Defense

By providing a payment method, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

Disputes & Chargebacks: By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that filing a fraudulent chargeback or disputing a valid, fulfilled charge violates this agreement. In the event of a chargeback dispute, this Terms of Service agreement will be provided to the credit card network and payment processor as proof of the contractual policies you accepted at checkout. Chargeback abuse will result in a permanent ban from our store.

7. Shipping, Returns, and Hygiene Policy

Your purchase is governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.

Final Sale on Opened Cosmetics: Due to strict health, hygiene, and safety standards within the beauty industry, all sales of opened or used cosmetic and skincare products are final. We cannot and will not accept returns, or issue refunds, on any items where the seal has been broken, the packaging tampered with, or the product has been utilized.

All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions—is the property of Beauty Guarantee and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty Guarantee and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our website or products.

Maximum Liability Cap: In no event shall our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your purchase or use of a product—including but not limited to severe allergic reactions, skin damage, or product dissatisfaction—exceed the total purchase price paid by you for the specific product in question.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
